POSTPONED: Margaretta Gilboy - Is That Really Me?

Saturday May 9 – 2:00-5:00pm

Let’s discuss why Margaretta’s portraits are different than many other artists’ portraits because of the way they place the subject. Bring in a photo of you or someone else or a mirror and try to create a portrait that uses the subject in the same way Margaretta portrayed her subjects.

ASLD is proud to partner with BMoCA in support of , celebrating the work of artist Margaretta Gilboy, with a series of workshops that will allow participants to deeply explore Gilboy’s artistic vision. All will be taught by ASLD faculty member Sandra Kaplan, Gilboy’s long-time friend and close artistic peer.
