Ellen Moershel is an abstract painter and muralist who works in many mediums including gouache, acrylic, and oil paint. She moved to Colorado in 2015 and currently keeps a studio in Denver. Previously, she lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia; St. Louis, Missouri; and her home state, Oklahoma. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she studied Fine Art. She is the current artist-in-residence at Metacarbon Organic Farm in Longmont. She is a featured artist in the upcoming exhibition, Land Lines, at Walker Fine Art in Denver running September 25- November 7. Her work is also available through JRB Art in Oklahoma City, Visual Voice Fine Art in Nova Scotia, and East West Fine Art in Naples, Florida. Moershel is represented by Walker Fine Art in Denver.
