Wild and Wonderful World 9am-12pm
Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Explore the natural world in paint, inspired by everything from elephants to egrets, columbine to caribou. Drawing inspiration from the caves of Lascaux, Paul Klee’s glowing fish, and Rousseau’s layered landscapes, we will build our own brushes, mix our own pigments, and explore many wonderful painting techniques. The Paint and the Possible 1-4pm
A bird’s eye view of a faraway land, a treasure to hold in the palm of your hand. From handmade brushes to inventive surfaces, paint all things far and wide, big and small, drawing inspiration from the work of contemporary painters, and the color- filled world of all that is possible.
