Come for a lunch art break! In the first of a series of events, BMoCA will be hosting an artist outdoors at One Boulder Plaza. Watch and interact with art during its creation! Presented in partnership with W.W. Reynolds.

SPARK! programs create an opportunity for individuals living with early to mid-stage memory loss and their families to enjoy interactive and engaging experiences in a comfortable setting, guided by trained docents and volunteers. BMoCA Spark! events include specialized tours and art-making.

Program starts at 10:00am with light refreshments.

BMoCA is pleased to present another chapter in our Sharks Ink. at BMoCA series. Painter Barbara Takenaga will join Master printer Bud Shark, and his wife and fellow artist Barbara Shark, for a casual conversation about Takenaga’s work and experience collaborating with Shark’s Ink., the nationally-renowned print studio in Lyons, Colorado.

Join University of Colorado Professor Melanie Yazzie to learn the process of creating monotypes, and bring home your own monotype ready for your wall. No previous experience necessary. This program is presented in partnership with Studio Arts Boulder.

Join us at BMoCA’s signature art auction and fundraising event! This annual party includes hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and a silent auction featuring art pieces from artists across Colorado and the world.

Each year, BMoCA presents over 200 youth program events in six counties, including Boulder, Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Douglas, and Jefferson Counties. Stop by the museum for a celebration of the work of young artists from ARTlab, Art Stop, Art Stop on the Go, Contemporary Classroom, and Studio Project.
