About Con·nect:
The series is co-organized by the Antiracism Action in the Arts Study Group. The group was launched in 2020 facilitated by Boulder County Arts Alliance and the CU Boulder Office for Public and Community-Engaged Scholarship (formerly the CU Boulder Office for Outreach and Engagement), and is composed of representatives from local arts organizations, including the Dairy Arts Center, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, Jewish Community Center, KGNU, the Longmont Museum, CU Theatre and Dance, CU Art Museum and the B2 Center. Collectively, the groups seek to promote diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and fundamental change within historically white arts institutions in Boulder County.
