Join us for an opening reception for Reverie, a collection of watercolors and etchings by Brian Comber that highlight the vibrancy of nature and the excitement of botanic rebirth. Taking inspiration from his surroundings and beloved garden, Comber grounds his compositions in a number of forms, like an unusual vase or a gauzy lily petal. By integrating printmaking and watercolor, he creates paintings that layer positive and negative space and captivate the eye with color, balance, and experimental techniques. There will be a Q&A with the artist and curator Kiah Butcher at 6:30pm.
