Pard Morrison: Everywhere You Go Love
October 2024 - March 2025 @ Adams County
Location: Adams County Human Services Center
11860 N Pecos St, Suite 2200, Westminster, CO 80234
According to Pard Morrison, all experiences are seen through the lens of our cultures. In an increasingly artificial world influenced by technology, however, the lines of what is real and imagined get blurred. Morrison is interested in exploring this intersection between illusion and physical object, mimicking the current moment humanity is in with technological advancement. At first glance, the aluminum sculptures you see read as artificially fabricated, but upon closer inspection, human mark-making can be seen. These works are momentary portraits of systems in flux and allude to the power that love, faith, happiness, and hope have on all of us.
